KIDsize Living Review:
As you enter, a set of stairs leads up to the main reception and the party check-in area is straight ahead on ground level. Once you go upstairs you get a 360 degree view of everything and it’s very impressive! The space is vast with all sorts of trampolining options. There is an eat in cafe with snacks suitable for kids (sandwiches, wraps, salads, banana bread and juices). There are highchairs and the change room is in the nearby downstairs toilet.I have to say I was super impressed with all the staff I spoke to that day. One of the first things I noticed was how well they were trained and how helpful they were even when they were so busy. It was very obvious to me that they listen and are responsive to customer feedback. As a result, many improvements have been made and more are planned.
All the staff were so sweet and took time to explain and show me how I should safely introduce the children to the trampoline. This really helps kids avoid getting a shock and allows them to get used to it slowly. This was lucky as I would have just jumped onto the trampoline with him, the wrong thing to do!It's a great place to bring the kids especially during the school holidays and a great venue for parties. Just remember to book in advance (bookings not required for little leapers) and try and get there to be ready to jump on the hour or you will need to wait around. Happy jumping!
