Date: Monday 8 JulyTime: 1.30pm Cost: $15Come and see the coldest substance around make object smash, fly and produce fog geysers that go flying into the air. The Crazy Scientist shows the science behind liquid nitrogen in crazy ways and uses audience members to help explain the COOL science.

Join Maya Sunny Honey and Bee whisperer Andrew Wyszynski on a honey workshop class for kids! In this class children will learn about the importance of beers and what they do, the important role beekeepers play and the equipment they use, and what we can do to help bees in the garden. Not only that, but the children will extract honey from frames and take home a jar each. On display so the children can see the bees at work, 7,000 bees they can look at through an observational beehive. Choose from 10.30am or 12.15pm sessions (Ages 3+)

Make and bake an apple crumble with our in-house chefs. Children will get their hands dirty, while having lots of fun! To make sure you enjoy your treat, recipe cards will go home with each child, so they can make this delicious dessert again and again. (Ages 5+)

This workshop will teach your child how to knit and they can continually build on this lifelong skill. Younger children aged 5 to 8 years will learn French knitting. Older children aged 9 to 12 years will learn how to knit with needles. All equipment is supplied.

Learning to be sustainable is so important for our environment, and even small things can have a big impact. In this workshop children will make two wraps (one big, one small) to take home and be able to use as they please- sandwiches, cut up apples for small, or even a special treat. (Ages 5+)
