Life with kids in Sydney City
Three Williams is the place to be. Bring the kids!
Three Williams Cafe offers a casual, family friendly environment. The industrial style of the cafe and well planned seating allows lots of room for prams.
Parents, if you are looking for a place to meet up that’s kid friendly check out Three Williams!I wish I had found this place when our mothers group was struggling to find somewhere suitable to meet. It’s a really cool, kid friendly cafe. It’s just around the corner from Redfern Park, a short walk from the train and plenty of buses. Don’t be put off by the steep steps as you enter the cafe, to your right there is a built in ramp for strollers. At the end of the ramp is Willy’s Corner, an area where kids and adults can chill out and play by the huge chalkboard and park your pram. They have plenty of highchairs, a change table and the staff couldn’t do enough for us and chatted away to our ween man every time they passed.
Food and coffee are amazing too! Coffee is Single Origin Roasters. Not to be missed are the housemade flat bread sandwiches, ‘Narnies’ with fillings like grilled prawns and smashed avocado, iceberg and aioli or glazed beef brisket with slaw, gherkins and chipotle mayonnaise. The drinks come in fun bottles and the kids will love the house-made seasonal sodas, peanut caramel shakes and smoothies with banana, medjool dates and walnut praline. They have just updated their menue with more exciting dishes. All in all a really relaxing enjoyable experience!
