Learn to Swim:
At Prince Alfred Park Pool, our team of Learn to Swim Instructors and Swimming Coaches strive to make every lesson fun and enjoyable. We also ensure your child is continually progressing in accordance with our course structure and is learning the skills necessary for survival. ;Children can start from 8 months. More info here.
Prince Alfred Park Pool Swim School runs for 22 weeks over the summer period, breaking for 3 weeks over Christmas and New Year, and returns mid January.
Aqua is a low to no impact form of exercise, and a great social and fitness experience for everyone! Aqua is suitable for everyone and especially good for people suffering from joint and muscular pain, as well as those who just want to keep fit, lose weight and tone up.
