Grandma's Little Bakery is a home-styled cooking and baking concept. It's super family friendly with a play area, kid's meals and drinks and special kid's offers on buffets.
The restaurant is open for breakfast and lunch with a breakfast/brunch buffet Saturdays and Sundays and a lunch buffet on Fridays and Saturdays. Their shop sells home cooked meals, freshly baked bread, handmade cookies, cakes, olives, olive oil, jams, dips, pastries and ice cream.
Buffet only - Kids up to 4 eat free. Kids up to 10 years eat for half price.
Grandma’s Little Bakery in Alexandria offers a super relaxed and family friendly environment with a huge range of wholesome, delicious dishes and great meal choices for kids. They have a fantastic enclosed toddlers play area with plenty of toys and a kids table and stools. They also have plenty of highchairs and a change table. Indoor and outdoor seating available. The menu is on mini iPads which the kids will love!
I had the Chicken Quinoa Salad with Vegetable, Quinoa, Chicken served with Grandma’s homemade tahini sauce ($12.50). It was tasty, filling and best of all healthy! My little man loved the play area and toys and was entertained whole i enjoyed my lunch. There were a few groups of mums and their kids meeting up for a coffee, a chat and a play.
Kid’s milkshakes and juices are served in playful animal shaped glasses. Babycinno with marshmallow is $1.

It's got everything I look for in a restaurant. All the family friendly facilities you could need to make a visit hassle free, its homely, friendly, the service is great and they serve gorgeous wholesome food.
Another plus - it’s around the corner from Beaconsfield Park and Playground.
