Veganuary is a global charity initiative which encourages people to try out being a vegan during January to raise money for animal and environmental welfare. Vegan delights have teamed up with Olympic swimming legend, Stephanie Rice to show how to live a ore fulfilling and successful life. 

More than 190,000 people from around the world have registered to take part, up from last year’s 168,000 participants from 165 countries.
